Working Details:

> Will be working in rotational US/UK shifts.
> Will be handling US/UK based customers.

Offered Salary Range:

> Basic salary of 12k-25k/month.

Experience Required (1-3 years)

1. Primary responsibility would be to assist our customers for fixing technical and other non-technical issues.

2. Hands-on work experience with the following:
Printer and Scanner support

Windows Operating systems
Clients: Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000
Servers: Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008

Mac: Mountain Loin, Imac

3. Gathering technical feedback and requirements from customers.

4. Remote Assistance and Software Installation
