Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines. The operator will ensure the machine produces high-quality parts, runs smoothly, and remains well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning, lathe, router) according to specifications.
Load raw materials and set up tooling and fixtures.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Perform regular inspections and measurements of completed parts.
Make necessary adjustments to machine settings for accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating CNC machines.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of CNC programming is a plus.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
Salary: ₹12,000 – 18,000] per month (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM or Rotational Shifts
