Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team! As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow our business. You will also be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Identify and qualify new leads
• Build relationships with potential and existing clients
• Deliver presentations and proposals
• Negotiate and close deals
• Manage and grow a pipeline of leads and opportunities
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Driven and motivated to succeed
