We are looking for Customer Service Associate/s to handle the operations of our F & B Outlets (Keventers, Nathu’s, Chicago Pizza, Kamats & Tea Halt) by maintaining/enhancing the quality of food as well as our Customer service experience. The candidate must be capable in handling both the sections i.e. Service & Cash. The goal is to accelerate our business development by providing customers a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

Meet & Greet to customers
Present menus and help customers select food/beverages
Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Issue bills and accept payment
Taking feedback from the customers
Cash Handling

Requirements

Customer-oriented approach and patience
Problem solving and decision making skills
Hands on experience in cashier duties
Excellent people skills
Responsible and trustworthy
Attention to cleanliness and safety
Must be ready to work in rotational shifts

Qualification : Completed or pursuing Diploma in Hotel Management

Salary : CTC – INR 15000/-
