We are looking for highly passionate and motivated individuals to join our Sales Team in Gurgaon.

You must be numbers-driven and should have a mind set to work well in a small, highly agile, fast-growth start-
up environment.

Qualification & Experience
• B.Tech or MBA (or equivalent degree)
• 5-8 Years of US/UK voice calling in relevant Inside Sales/Tele Sales/Outbound Sales/Account
Development experience.
• Preferably from Education/CRM/Data Analytics/E-Commerce/Apps (Pref. US/UK market)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach
• Sales professionals with technology and education sales experience preferred
• Preferred knowledge of web and app based product and services
• Passion for Sales
• Worked with 200-300 accounts, had $500k+ annual quota, and achieved at least 80% of quota.
Responsibilities
• End-to-end ownership of key accounts in US, Canada
• Build pipeline of all opportunities through account research, lead generation, call and email campaigns
• Qualify and prospect customer leads from trials and marketing generated leads
• Present and demonstrate compelling solutions to customers via the phone, screen sharing, webinar,
etc. and close deals within acceptable timeframes
• Daily responsibilities include (but not limited to)-
✓ Manage a minimum of 50 completed calls per day (lead or no opportunity result) based on 80-
100 calls attempted per day
✓ Contact all new leads in CRM system within 24-48 hours and qualify diligently and actively
“disposition” them in the CRM

• Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and engineering to drive sales

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• Can converse in North American English accent
• Graduate/ post graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Voice calling (US/UK Clients)
• Must have STRONG technical knowledge and have good knowledge of smartphones and tablet devices
• Proven track record of delivering tangible results on sales enquiry conversions
• Must have handled 100+ email requests or 50+ support calls or a mixture of both
• Should have a favorable customer support rating and should have worked in support rating-based
culture
• Should be able to work independently as one-man-team when required
• Should be able to understand and explain the Mathematics curriculum
• Need to be tech savvy with working knowledge of customer support and ticketing products, office
automation products, databases and remote control
• Has the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Candidate should be customer-oriented and cool-tempered
• Candidate should have attention to detail and ability plan the daily activities independently
Responsibilities
• You will be replying to support tickets and speaking to customers on live chat
• You will be handling minimum 70 emails and 10 incoming support requests on a daily basis.
• Approaching problems in a pragmatic and logical way, taking the time to listen and understand what
the customer needs and find an appropriate solution
• Updates support tickets to reflect actions taken or further action required, resolution achieved on
information requests, feature requests & troubleshooting requests and complaints from end users
• Verify steps needed to reproduce an issue, contact customer if issue is not reproducible to confirm steps
and see incident through to resolution
• Inform management of recurring problems
• Stay current with Splash Math features changes and updates
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Research questions using available information resources
• Redirect problems to correct resource
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
• Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
