The rehabilitation of Project Affected Persons (PAPs) has always been one of the key priorities of CIDCO. While different schemes have been initiated by CIDCO for PAPs including their education and training for employment, these need to be scaled up for greater visibility and deeper impact
In order to do so CIDCO has engaged IL&FS Skills through a transparent and competitive bidding process as the Anchor Agency (AA) or the project. The AA shall act as key/principal project management agency for the conceptualization and implementation of the Project and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for CIDCO management.
