Chartered Accountant with Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, in an entity involved in manufacturing.. Managing the finance, accounting, finalization of accounts and tax compliance of the company, its associate and Group companies. Managing the ERP System of the Company and liaising with software vendors and internal IT dept. to maintain and keep the system in good order and ensuring the implementation of the same at all company locations. Ensuring compliances for all direct and indirect taxes, duties, etc. and preparing and filing tax returns, Statutory Tax audits and internal Tax Audits. Liaising with Internal and Statutory Auditors, Management Auditors, preparing and submitting financial, tax and inventory data, maintaining fixed asset registers, depreciation tables etc. • Preparing, checking and analyzing daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly biyearly and yearly MIS Reports such as yield analysis, costings, variances, sales analysis, expenses, revenue earned, compliances, etc. and submitting to the Directors and other Senior Company personnel
