If you have the "hunter" mindset and know exactly how to navigate the stringent requirements of major oil majors, we want to talk to you.

*The Role:*
• Specialization: Sourcing high-quality candidates for Offshore Vessels.
• Compliance: Must have deep experience sourcing crew specifically approved by ADNOC or SAUDI ARAMCO.
• Global Reach: Expert-level sourcing capabilities for Indian and Indonesian seafarers.
• Rank Expertise: 2–3 years of direct experience in rank-wise sourcing for offshore operations.

*Requirements:*
• Strong understanding of ADNOC/ARAMCO approval processes and matrix requirements.
• Established network of offshore crew in the Indian and SE Asian markets.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight vessel mobilization deadlines.
