Executive / Senior Executive - L&D (HR)
Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
The candidate should possess 3+ years of experience in L&D role, LMS, TNI, TNA, etc.
Certifications like Master Trainer, Train the Trainer, Diploma in T&D, etc. will be an added advantage.
The position requires frequent travelling to the Site locations
Required Skills & Abilities: -
• Hands on Experience in managing LMS (Learning Management System)
• Must have handled at least 5 Training Cycle - (from Training Identification to Evaluation)
• Instrumental in designing Training Content
• Delivering Training (Process and Behaviour)
• Must have handled at least 3 Performance Appraisal Cycle
• Instrumental in handling Change Management at Organisation level
• Assist Training Manager in implementing Training Initiative across the organisation
***Candidates from the Manufacturing industry are preferred.
***Personality Traits - Confident, Outgoing, Go-getter, Out of box thinker, Street-smart, strong people connect and a learner.
***Male Candidates are preferred.
