Job Description:

Senior Software Engineer will be directly involved with building groundbreaking new technologies to lead the competition within our competitive, fast-paced online advertising industry. You will be working on set of micro-services which would have over 100K transactions per second and will be responsible to build and own large components of the system.

Skills:

1. 5+ years of experience in Javascript Technologies.
2. Hands on experience in advanced Javascript, Typescript and popular JavaScript frameworks.
3. 2+ years of design patterns, modular Javascript, ES6, front-end debugging techniques and test frameworks like Jasmine & Mocha.
4. Knowledgeable of REST API patterns and design concerns.
5. Experienced with Java Programming language and Spring boot framework
6. Should have a good hands-on MySql database and SQL.
7. Experienced with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM)
8. Experienced with Git, Atlassian stack.

Urgent Requirement for Service Account Manager
MBA IS MANDATORY.

Job Location :- Gurgaon

CTC :- Above 6 LPA

Below pointers for SAM:-

Total year of experience – 1 to 3 years
Key account management/ Client servicing role experience is must. As he will responsible for handling existing client
The candidate should not be born before 1987.Below 30 years of age
CTC – expectation should not be more than 6 Lac. Max budget is 6 Lacs(90% Fixed , 10 % Variable)
Stability is the most important thing to be taken care of ( basically the candidate should not have left multiple companies in less than 1 or 1 year )
Target Industries are Logistics Banking , Telecom, E-commerce Sector. From any industry they are fine.
MBA is mandatory.

Core Responsibilities :

This role is part of the Sales & Marketing function with the SAMs being the owner of the Revenue & first point of contact for any service related concerns for key Enterprise & Corporate Clients . Key responsibilities would include –

Business volume growth
Drive Business Revenue from the accounts with complete ownership of growth
Keep an eye out for drops in volumes – any lane drops, any destination drop, any origin drop etc.
Identify new opportunities in the network– through calls with clients/ BP etc. – shipping point, destination etc.
Manage operations
Manage client escalations, share a weekly report of status of all escalations back to the client. Share a daily end of day summary to CSM for any escalations
Critical consignee engagement (as VoC) of our consignors, understand the challenges and resolve (Consignee engagement) – once a month
Manage business relations
Conduct fortnightly reviews with the clients, in the presence of the Business Development Official
Work with Finance to ensure invoicing on time and manage any gaps
Identify new business opportunities
In the associated companies of our clients ,pass such leads to BD
o Seek references in the old organisations of the dispatch managers where they might be coming from
