That question sets the tone as we kick off under the theme — Think Big. Act Bold.
In an era of rapid change and an increasingly uncertain business environment, the question for young leaders is clear: How do you build trust, establish credibility, and design systems that are both robust and resilient? This theme serves as the lens through which we want every intern to experience their eight weeks — shaping how they approach each problem, engage in every conversation, and craft every recommendation.
Leaders from the Aditya Birla Group shared perspectives on challenging conventions, making bold decisions, and aligning personal purpose with the Group’s larger vision, complemented by a senior leadership panel that offered practical insights on how young professionals can begin shaping their careers with intent early on. This was further enriched by an inspiring session by Captain Raghu Raman, who underscored the value of taking ownership, staying true to one’s words, learning through challenges, and keeping the broader mission in focus.
