We are looking for General Manager- Operations.

Experience – 10 to 15 years
Age : 30 to 35 years
Objective of the Role
To deliver world class hospitalization experience to the patients thus ensuring Patient Care and comfort by efficient and cost effective handling of the Non- Clinical Services.
Job Responsibilities
Hospital Operations
Responsible for the delivery of non clinical patient services
Maintaining the Hospital Operations as per the NABH standards
Efficient delivery of all hospitality services like housekeeping, F&B and security
Efficient coordination with various departments of the hospital
Responsible for all administrative services
Responsible for adherence to legal compliances as applicable
Cost effective management of Hospital Operations
Developing and implementing the Operations MIS at a set periodicity
Responsible for fire safety measures and conducting safety drills
Prepare and monitor the accident/incidence reports
Conduct surprise night rounds at set frequency
Patient Care, comfort and delight
Assisting in Setting and then implementing world class patient care and comfort standards.
Setting and implementing a patient feedback mechanism - ensuring immediate remedial action on complaints.
Developing and implementing new customer service initiatives to match world class service standards
Set world class standards for Registration and discharge process and have minimum waiting time for patients.
Providing a MIS on the customer satisfaction to the Management at a set periodicity
Staff Management
Work in close association with HR for manpower planning of non-medical staff
Responsible for recruitment of non medical staff
Monitoring the efficiency of the staff and the quality delivery through an efficient performance management program with assistance from HR
Responsible for the growth path of the non-medical staff
Responsible for providing an efficient and congenial work atmosphere for the staff
Develop a training calendar for the non-medical staff with assistance from HR.
