Education Qualification/s : Graduation (Preferred)
Experience : Min. 2 Years of relevant WORK experience
Mandatory : Fluent ENGLISH (Reading / Speaking / Writing / Listening )

Computer Skills : Microsoft Word & Excel
Scope of activities:
The following activities s/he has to develop as part of the assignment:
(1) Assisting the Conference Team with working on different projects, as required in the Middle East & Africa region.
(2) Working on the Database of company that is a mixture of existing, new contacts & dormant
(3) Building & Maintaining New Database when and where ever necessary
(4) Involved in all Invitations for the respective events assigned.
(5) Invitation will be done via telephone(outbound calling) and by email. (Script & Text will be provided)
(6) Use company script, text and guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls.
(7) Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our events, title and agenda and the objective of specific projects assigned.
(8) Data to be managed in MS Excel (Microsoft Excel skills mandatory)
(9) Provide feedback and input on the projects assigned.
(10) Delegate Acquisition, Conference Database Development and telephonic follow-up on registration for events, including overall support of events and conferences of the company in the Middle East and Africa region.
Salary: ₹24,000.00 to ₹30,000.00 /month
