JOB DESCRIPTION

Establish the new venture for Retail – MBO Stores, & develop the Brand / Labels

Ø Responsible for entire category of Menswear Apparels- "

Ø Making the Buying budget / planning according to the number of stores

Ø Sourcing the Brands and Vendors for merchandise buying after finalization.

Ø Source the Brands / Vendors to work on SOR / Market place.

Ø Developing own private label to our own store.

Ø Instrumental in depending category from initial stage and getting it to its present status.

Ø Follow ups day to day from Sampling to Shipments with Vendors.

Ø Working with design team on new collection of the season.

Ø Coordinating with factories

Ø Preparing initial sample, photo sample, fit sample, PP sample Ensuring following up on orders from the time of their inquiry, till their final delivery to the customer as per time and quality standards committed to them.

Ø Prepare T&A planners for entire category from initial stage to shipment.

Ø Costing & negotiating with the vendors.

Ø Preparing Design sheet, purchase order via company ERP system POLARIS.

Ø Studying the daily sale report to issue preparing for design team for season collection
Ø Responsible for entire category of infants.

Ø Instrumental in depending category from initial stage and getting it to its present status.

Ø Follow ups day to day from Sampling to Shipments with Vendors.

Ø Coordinating with, Fabric Dept, Sampling, Production Dept.,Finishing & Q.A Dept.

Ø Follow-up with Dispatch Dept. to ensure the timely delivery.

Ø Working with design team on new collection of the season.

Ø Coordinating with Vendors for timely shipments

Ø Preparing initial sample, photo sample, fit sample, PP sample Ensuring following up on orders from the time of their inquiry, till their final delivery to the customer as per time and quality standards committed to them.

Ø Prepare T&A planners for entire category from initial stage to shipment.
