Govt appoints former financial services secretary Debasish Panda as IRDAI chief THE GOVERNMENT ON Friday appointed former financial services secretary Debasish Panda as the chairman of the insurance regulator IRDAI for a period of three years. The post was lying vacant for close to 11 months since the departure of Subhash C. Khuntia. Panda’s appointment comes at a time when the government has announced the initial public offering of the country’s largest insurer, state-run LIC, although it’s now on a wait-and-watch mode due to market turmoil in the wake of the Russia-Ukraine conflict....

One of our client a leading insurance broker is looking at hiring a strong individual to lead their Client Servicing Retention Role for EB(Employee Benefit) Product in Mumbai

Duties & Responsibilities

To Co-ordinate with different TPA’s & Insurance companies & also Corporate HR’s.

To service the client end to end in terms of enrollment and claim settlement process

To ask for MIS from TPA’s on monthly basis.

Ensuring Timely renewal of the policies

Be responsible for handling all escalations

To do the settlement of the claims within prescribed TAT

Partnering with the client and informing them about adverse claims behavior and remedies thereafter

Ensure working in close coordination with all the stakeholders internally and externally

Retention of existing client by excellent client servicing

Someone with an experience of 10+ years in insurance industry servicing corp. clients .
