Job Description
Withdrawn sample from warehouse if not available in stock.
Requesting samples from suppliers.
Sample tracking in & out
Dispatch samples to customers upon Relationship Manager instruction and inform them once done.
Confirm with customer receipt of sample.
Follow up with customer for sample report.
Maintain sample stock and update sample stock list depending upon sample dispatched or received.
Export sample documentation.
Updating courier file for despatch details.
Knowledge of excel functions such as sorting, filter, pivot and VLOOKUP is mandatory.
QA Documentation. Preparing CoA as per guidelines
Learning ability and multi-tasking.

To keep Proper record of Incoming & Outgoing Sample and keep updates samples stock
To update the sample requisition as per RM request and arranging the same to Parties
Should have knowledge of Excel, Ms Word.
Should have knowledge of COA, MSDS- Mandatary, Halal, Kosher (Optional)
Should have basic knowledge of Analysis (Solubility, Specific gravity, Acid Value, Refractive Index, Gas Chromatography)
