Meet Revino Misquitta, Manager Photography, Disney Cruise Line

"In 2015, I started my journey with Disney Cruise Line through Concessions (Image Photo Services) as a Photographer.

At that time, I was simply grateful for the opportunity to work onboard, capture memories for guests, and learn something new every day. I had no idea that this first step would eventually become such an important part of my life and career.

In 2021, Disney Cruise Line brought the photo business in-house, giving me the incredible opportunity to transition from Concessions and work directly with Disney Cruise Line.

Over the years, I had the opportunity to grow from Photographer → Assistant Manager, Photography → Manager, Photography.

As a Photographer, I learned the importance of capturing the perfect moment. As an Assistant Manager, I learned how important it was to support and develop the people around me. As a Manager, I continue to learn that leadership is about people - building trust, creating opportunities, supporting your team, and helping others grow while continuing to grow yourself.

This journey has not always been easy. There have been challenges, long days, difficult decisions, moments of uncertainty, and plenty of lessons along the way. But every challenge has helped shape me into the person and leader I am today.

I will always be grateful for the mentors, leaders, and crew members who have been alongside me throughout this journey. The guidance, encouragement, feedback, and opportunities you gave me have had a lasting impact on my career.

I am also incredibly thankful to Airborne Recruiting for helping open the door to this opportunity and for supporting me throughout the recruitment process and my journey with Disney Cruise Line.

Almost 11 years later, I can honestly say this has been more than a career. It has been a journey of growth, resilience, leadership, friendships, memories, and self-discovery.

Our team recently attended the Disney Cruise Line PA Conference 2026 onboard the magical Disney Wish—an experience we won't forget.

From behind-the-scenes access across departments to hands-on time with the teams that bring the magic to life, we came away with a much deeper appreciation for the work that goes into creating unforgettable guest experiences at sea.

We watched the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in action, tried our hand at pastry-making and cocktail crafting, and saw the precision of the housekeeping team firsthand. Every stop was a reminder of how much heart, discipline, and teamwork it takes to run a ship like this.

"I started my maritime career in 2013, working on cargo ships, but I always dreamed of joining a cruise ship and travelling the world.

In 2016, that dream came true when I joined AIDA Cruises as an Engine Crew member. Through loyalty, consistency, and continuous learning, I have grown in my career, and today I am proudly working onboard AIDA Cruises as an HVAC Engineer.
