💼 Position: Reconciliation & MIS Executive
📍 Location: Thane

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Reconciliation / MIS
• Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC (Based on Interview)

📝 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily reconciliation of Disbursement & Escrow Accounts
• Identify and share open items with stakeholders and ensure timely closure
• Prepare and share monthly reconciliation reports with Finance Team
• Coordinate with BC Partners for daily data (flat files, collections, payments)
• Track and manage collection details & payouts for BC partners
• Resolve queries and discrepancies raised by BC partners
•Conduct monthly portfolio reconciliation with BC partners
• Share daily disbursement payment files with Finance Team
• Publish monthly reports on Disbursement & AUM
• Prepare and maintain MIS, dashboards, and trackers for internal & external stakeholders
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by management

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel & MIS Reporting
• Good analytical & reconciliation skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and coordination skills
