📢 Important Update: *Maharashtra Professional Tax (PT) Rules में बदलाव*

सभी व्यापारियों और प्रोफेशनल्स के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण सूचना!

महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने 28 फरवरी, 2026 को एक नया Gazette Notification जारी किया है। इसके तहत Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Rules, 1975 में कुछ बड़े बदलाव किए गए हैं।

मुख्य बदलाव (Key Changes):

सरकार ने PT Payments और compliance की डेडलाइन्स को 'प्रीपोन' (prepone) कर दिया है। अब आपको काम थोड़ा पहले निपटाना होगा:

* नया नाम: इन नियमों को Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments (Amendment) Rules, 2026 कहा जाएगा。

* Rule 11 (3) में संशोधन:
* जहाँ पहले "31st of March" की तारीख थी, अब उसकी जगह "15th of March" कर दी गई है。
* जहाँ पहले "last date" शब्द का इस्तेमाल होता था, अब वहां "15th day" माना जाएगा。
* उदाहरण (Illustrations) में बदलाव:
* पुरानी तारीख 31st May को बदलकर अब 15th May कर दिया गया है。
* पुरानी तारीख 30th June की जगह अब 15th June प्रभावी होगी。

निष्कर्ष (Conclusion):
सरल शब्दों में कहें तो, प्रोफेशनल टैक्स से जुड़ी कई समय-सीमाएं अब महीने की आखिरी तारीख के बजाय 15 तारीख पर शिफ्ट कर दी गई हैं।
