Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Part-time Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for tasks such as graduate recruitment, consulting with clients, conducting interviews, and managing communication throughout the recruiting process. You will also be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fulfill client requirements.

Qualifications

Any Graduate and Recruiting skills
Consulting and Communication skills
Experience in conducting interviews
Familiarity with recruitment processes
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in the HR industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Here's a proposed payment structure for part-time recruitment executives:

1. Base Salary: a base salary for the part-time recruitment executives for their regular work hours only achieving minimum Target of 16 successfully completed recruitments

2. Incentive Slabs:

- Slab 1:

1 to 15 recruitment Rs. 300 per recruitment (not eligible for basic salary)

If a recruitment executive achieves 16 to 25 recruitments in a month, they will receive 5000 basic salary and a bonus of Rs. 350 per recruitment

- Slab 2:
If the executive achieves 26 to 35 recruitments, 7500 basic salary and the bonus per recruitment increases to Rs. 450.

- Slab 3:
For 36 or more recruitments, 10000 basic salary the bonus per recruitment can be increased to Rs. 550.

3. Additional Bonuses:
- Special performance bonuses for new company tie-up and job postings gets can also be considered.

Job Description

• Sourcing candidates from database, portals etc for suitable resumes
• Head hunting, suitable, candidates as per specifications given by the client.
• Interviewing the candidates and scheduling interviews
• End to End Recruitment for positions across verticals of the company
• Sourcing, Screening and short listing the profiles
• Making walk-ins on daily basis and handling the entire candidate pool and helping them in terms of briefing, grooming and processing them with the suitable clients
