📍 Location: Mumbai | Wellness / Hospitality Industry
⭐ Star Candidate is somebody who:
1: Has strong experience managing complete center/store/spa operations
2: Has handled revenue targets, team management and guest satisfaction
3: Understands operations, service excellence and business growth in customer-facing environments
⭐ Key Role Highlights:
1: Lead end-to-end center operations including business performance and team management
2: Drive revenue growth, memberships, guest retention and operational efficiency
3: Ensure premium customer experience, SOP compliance and high service standards
🎓 Qualification & Experience:
1: 5+ years of experience in Spa, Salon, Hospitality, Retail, Hotels, QSR or F&B operations
2: Prior experience in handling teams and center-level responsibilities preferred
3: Strong leadership, operational and customer management skills required
