POSITION: Finance Executive

LOCATION: Andheri

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Reviewing invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before the payment is made
-Sifting as well as distributing mails prudently from the long list that piles up in mailbox
-Processing 3 way P.O. matching invoices, up to 100 plus line items
-Prioritizing invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
-Capable of verifying of all Credit cards, Bank Accounts as well as Paypal.
-Auditing and processing credit card bills Match invoices to checks
-Possessing the ability to respond to all vendor inquiries within no time
-Reconciling vendor statements, researching and correcting discrepancies
-Assisting in maintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately before the next month is about to begin. It's expected to carry out this task in accordance with company policy and accounting practices. In addition, he should be able to lend a helping hand in tasks related with other projects whenever it's the need of the hour
-Accounting and representing data through MIS reports.
-Data Analysis, RMA Analysis and Financial Reporting
