Regional Sales Manager for Nutraceutical & Herbal Products

Location: Maharashtra & Goa
Team Size: 8-10 Sales Representatives
About the Position:
If you’re passionate about hitting sales goal numbers and working with the sales team in a variety of environments, you might be a perfect match for our regional sales manager position. We’re looking for an ambitious professional with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical/ nutraceutical market to lead our team in the Maharashtra market followed by the entire west zone in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Selection of new staff, induction of new staff in the market
• Team Building and removing obstacles to growth
• Making a Monthly visiting plan for all team members and implementing it effectively through regular follow-up and discussions with team members
• Sale analysis: Value-wise and Product Wise
• Planning for growth of next planning year
• Maintaining relationships with distributors,appointment of distributors, and settlement of claims
• Ensuring payment and availability of products as per sale and targets
• Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
• Organizing conferences and seminars for doctors and healthcare professions
• Fulfil all requirements of his team
• Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target
• Building relationships with doctors and Healthcare professions
• Market review of new products and services
• Regular attending monthly, quarterly and yearly meetings of the company
• Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes
• Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Minimum 3-4 years as ASM or 1-2 years as RSM experience.
• Good Knowledge of Area/ Region
• Proven ASM sales experience & strong distributor networking
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Exceptional team management service skills.
• Nutraceutical experience will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Growth will be considered on current CTC & no of years of experience

Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus

Experience:
• Pharma/Nutraceutical: 6-7 years (Preferred)

About the Position:
We are looking for a persuasive medical representative to promote and sell company medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. The medical representative’s responsibilities include persuading potential customers to purchase company medications, identifying prospective business opportunities for the company, and providing the relevant departments with customer feedback.
Responsibilities:
• Selling the company's medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
• Hands-on experience in handling Pharma/Nutraceutical sales
• Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of company medications.
• Understanding of Nutraceutical segment will be an added advantage
• Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Following up on leads generated by the company.
• Preparing presentations for potential customers.
• Researching competitors’ medications and their respective market performances.
• Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.
• Any other responsibility is given by the Managing Director.
Required Qualification and Skills:
• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Proven medical sales experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month, based on current CTC
