Cadre is a network of highly skilled freelancers. Our team matches your manpower and staffing requirements with some of the best talent in India. We are the ‘Matchmakers of Temporary Staffing’. If you have an event, short term project, remote work, survey, focus group, a testing requirement that needs skilled manpower, then look no further. Cadre supports projects with trained and qualified staff.

Since 2015, we have supplied manpower to all large format events in India including Supersonic, NH7 Weekender, Youtube Fanfest

The Cadre team was spread across the entire venue, creating seamless fan experiences at every touchpoint - a crew of 42 people.🎡

From managing exciting brand activations for Kia, Snapchat, and H&M, to handling photo booth queues, distributing photo strips, assisting with games, and guiding fans through different zones.

Our H&M crew kept the excitement going with interactive games, while the Weverse Message Wall team helped fans leave heartfelt notes by handing out pens and sticky notes for the fan letter zone 💌

Despite the intense heat, the team brought unmatched energy, smooth coordination, and positive vibes throughout the event- making sure every fan walked away with unforgettable memories ⚡

We were thrilled to be part of Lollapalooza India on 24 and 25 Jan. Across two high energy days our focus was on delivering seamless on ground brand experiences that matched the scale and spirit of the festival.

For H&M, a 23 member ground team managed multiple consumer touchpoints across key spaces. Style Your Game was powered by a 5 member crew overseeing the Plinko game, the disco ball photo spot and crowd management for the rooftop concert viewing deck. The H&M Beauty zone had an 8 member team handling lucky draws, membership sign ups and rotating beauty displays, while a dedicated 10 member team managed the VIP lounge, ensuring a premium experience for influencers and special guests.

In parallel, a 12 member team handled the Johnnie Walker stall, keeping operations smooth and guests engaged throughout the festival. We also had 6 team members at the BookMyShow stall managing activities like painting workshops, coupon giveaways and the infinity photo experience, making sure the space stayed lively and well organised at all times.

Over two days our teams worked in perfect sync to bring these experiences to life, and the energy on the floor said it all. Proud of the people, the planning and the ex*****on.
