Business Analyst - Analytics

Job Summary

Looking for high powered and quantitatively oriented business analysts to support the Analytics function in the Healthcare domain. Analyst will be required to analyze specific business problems and drive value in strategic areas of business. An array of analytical tools will be available for use depending on the skills of the candidate.

What You Will Get To Do

Typically, the customers would be Senior Managers/Directors from Global Healthcare companies located in the US.

To understand the business model, business brief, and the information available for analysis.
Developing a fully fabricated end-to-end data pipeline for reporting purposes.
Automating the reporting process for clients
Handle a high impact project at any time which should result in bottom line impact. Work with the Delivery Manager to identify most suitable techniques to solve the business briefs
Working with the statistical team to create models and result presentation.
Ad Hoc requirements would need to be fulfilled from time to time
High Level of Business analysis skills is necessary

What You Will Need To Make An Impact

Grad/Post Grad from Tier 1/Tier 2 college
1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Hands on experience in Python, Tableau, and MS Excel
Good understanding of Salesforce core objects of Sales and Service Module
Experience with Salesforce Administration and Integration
Experience on SAS and or any other CRM are a plus
Understand the client business briefs and translate them to Analytical briefs
Use the Analytical models to analyze actual output against key indicators, ensuring that the solution suggested is commercially viable and competitive
Exhibit confidence and learn about the emerging industry practices when solving business problems
Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets
Facilitate effective team interaction
Ideal candidate would have strong analytical skills, ability to understand business situations and provide data backed analysis

Qlikview-Senior Developer/Lead

POSITION: - Senior Developer/ Team Lead-Qlikview

EXPERIENCE: - 5-8 years

LOCATION :- Bengaluru

DESCRIPTION:-

Extensive development experience in QlikView (incl. QMC knowledge), Qlik Sense (incl. QMC knowledge) and NPrinting
Atleast 4+ years’ experience in QlikView and Qlik Sense and 2+ years’ experience in NPrinting is being sought here
Development experience in Oracle and PL/SQL -The ability to independently write CRUD PL/SQL queries is a must
· Design and develop BI apps in QlikView or QlikSense.

· Data analysis and discovery in an Enterprise environment

Hands-on professional with thorough knowledge of scripting, data source integration and advanced GUI development in QlikView
Ability to write complicated yet efficient SQL queries and stored procedures
· Excellent technology skills related to product implementation.

· Problem solving oriented and can-do attitude.

· Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Should have experience in Recruiting professionals for Various verticals across US.
