I am sharing the complete details of the assignment for which I am looking for a senior independent trainer. This is not a job role but a consulting/trainer engagement on a major project we are executing.
Project Overview
Sunshine Consultants Team Pvt. Ltd. has taken up a large-scale training initiative that requires an experienced trainer to conduct experiential learning sessions based on Chanakya’s Chakkravyuh — a strategic financial literacy board game inspired by Chanakya’s Arthashastra.
The primary aim of the training is to build real-world financial understanding, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities among participants through gamified learning.
Training Scope (Derived from the Board Game Content)
The chosen trainer will conduct sessions based on the concepts taught through the game Chanakya’s Chakkravyuh (Amazon link shared earlier). The game covers the following learning domains:
1. Financial Literacy & Passive Income
Understanding income streams and the power of passive income.
Cash flow management, investment basics, and wealth-building strategies.
2. Real-Life Market Simulation
Practical exposure to market fluctuations, opportunities, and financial challenges.
Scenario-based decision making under uncertainty.
3. Asset vs Liability & Accounting Basics
Differentiating assets and liabilities.
Simple accounting and balance-sheet mechanics using game currency.
4. Negotiation & Deal-Making Skills
Facilitating negotiation-based exercises using the game’s joint-deal elements.
Training participants in communication, collaboration, and competitive strategy.
5. Goal Setting & Strategic Planning
Participants choose a “dream” goal and learn to strategically plan investments to achieve it.
Applying the same model to real-life financial planning.
6. Ethical & Value-Based Financial Thinking
Infusing Chanakya’s principles to encourage responsible financial behaviour and long-term vision.
Trainer Profile Required
We are specifically looking for a senior professional with:
5+ years of experience in corporate/government training,
strong facilitation capabilities,
understanding of finance, behavioural training, or strategy,
ability to conduct interactive, simulation-based workshops,
availability as an independent consultant (not employment).
Engagement Format
The trainer will be onboarded on a consulting basis.
Modules, session design, and training materials will be jointly finalised.
Compensation will be aligned with experience and delivery scope.
Sessions may be conducted onsite or hybrid depending on project location.
