*Qualifications:*
- Graduate in Civil Engineering or Diploma in a related field.
*Experience:*
- 3 to 6 years as BIM modelers/Engineers.
*Salary Range:*
- 5000 AED to 6000 AED

*Duties and Responsibilities:*
- Assist BIM coordinators & Team leaders in creating, updating, and revising BIM models throughout the project life cycle.
- Generate shop drawings, sheets & documentation for BIM models.
- Create standard, parametric, and shared parametric families.
- Demonstrate knowledge of clash detection and resolutions using Revit & Navis.
- Create and update BIM models based on contract drawings and specifications.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of the models are maintained throughout the projects.
- Produce BIM model deliverables for construction, documentation, and fabrication.
- Develop BIM models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM-based quantification and 4D simulation.
- Identify issues and notify BIM coordinators where discrepancies occur during the design stage.
- Complete models and shop drawings in a timely and quality-driven manner.
*Skills:*
- Expertise in developing floor plans, enlarged plans, block wall & title layouts.
- Proficiency in developing interior drawings, partitions cabinets, false ceiling layouts.
- Mastery in developing RCC detailing, beams, and columns layout, foundation layout, etc.
- Well-versed in Revit, AutoCAD, Navis, and Autodesk Plugin's.
- Knowledge in Civil 3D, Dynamo, Lumion, and Revizto will be considered an added advantage.
