ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented professional to join our growing recruitment business in Patna. This is a dual-responsibility role combining Business Development with Talent Sourcing — ideal for someone who thrives in the field, builds strong relationships with employers, and has the hustle to close requirements end-to-end.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Business Development
• Identify and visit local businesses, employers, and companies across Patna to generate new recruitment mandates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of client relationships through regular in-person visits and follow-ups.
• Understand client hiring needs, negotiate Terms of Business (TOB), and onboard new clients independently.
• Achieve monthly business targets in terms of new client acquisitions and active job mandates.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and deal status.
B. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for vacancies received from clients.
• Utilise own network, social media, referrals, and local networks to build a strong candidate pool in Patna and nearby areas.
• Conduct telephonic / in-person screening interviews and coordinate candidate-client interview rounds.
• Manage the end-to-end placement lifecycle: Sourcing > Screening > Interview > Offer > Joining.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Mandatory Equipment: Must own a personal Laptop and a Bike — both are non-negotiable for this role.
• Location: Must be based in Patna with thorough knowledge of the local geography, business landscape, and employer ecosystem.
• Field Experience: Proven track record of visiting clients/employers in Patna and generating business from the local market.
• Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting, or related fields will be given FIRST PREFERENCE.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi; working knowledge of English is a plus.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently from home without daily supervision — a true self-starter.

• Can simultaneously manage client relationships AND candidate sourcing without dropping the ball on either.

• Own a bike and a laptop and are ready to hit the ground running from Day 1.
