Must Criteria:

· 6–2 Yeas of Sales Experience, Can be any industry sales, BFSI sales preferred
· Age: Upto 28 Years
· Qualification: Any Graduate or MBA (Marketing specialization preferred)

Salary Details:

1. Sales Officer : 2.4Lacs + Mob+ Petrol+ Incentives (1 Yr Exp into any Sales)
2. Asst. Manager : 3.4 Lacs+ Mob+ petrol + Incentives (2 Yrs Exp in BankingSales)
3. BDE : Graduate fresher (1.8 Lacs + Mob+ Petrol+ Incentives)

JOB SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· It is a field job which involves traveling within the city/local area and the following responsibilities
· To sell the Bank’s products to the corporates / MSME’s –
o Savings Accounts
o Current Accounts
o Term Deposits
o Debit / Credit Cards
o IPG Products (Life Insurance / General Insurance / Mutual Fund / Gold Coins / Online Trading)
· To acquire new to Bank customers and pursue new business relationships.
· To fulfill KYC norms.
· To reach out to High Net-worth Individuals.
· To increase the customer base by developing business relationships with current customers.
