Notice – Immediate to 1 month
Role -
This is a 24x7 support operations role and is ideal for hard-working and excellent in firewall, switches, routers, load balancers, and troubleshooting skills with a positive outlook. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience including a technical support environment. You should be ready to work in shifts, in customer time zone, and during off business hours.
Qualifications & Work Experience:
B.Sc. / BE / Diploma in Electronics/Comp/IT/Telecom
Either CCNP, Checkpoint/Palo Alto / F5 / NetScaler certification and ITIL certification
4-6 years of experience in technical support
Experience in L2/L3 switches, routers, firewalls hosted on a data center or cloud environment.
Experience in managing load balancers (F5, Netscaler), IPAM (Infoblox), internet gateways
Good hands-on experience on installation and configuration of network and security devices and network services
Basic Knowledge of any Scripting language like PowerShell, Python, Pearl, etc.
Should have knowledge of ITIL processes. Experience working in ITIL tools like ServiceNow etc.
Knowledge of monitoring tools and reporting.
Experience working with some or all technologies below:
DNS/DHCP/NTP
Routing and switching protocols (EIGRP, OSPF)
ACL
VPN/IPSEC
IPS/IDS
Skill Set:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must be able to demonstrate customer-first approach
Ability take ownership, troubleshoot, and coordinate the issue until it is resolved
Ability to identify trends and perform root cause investigate
Good at creating knowledge articles and SOPs
