🕐 Timings: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare & present Continental dishes — pastas, steaks, sizzlers, burgers, sandwiches & salads
• Maintain excellent taste, quality, portion & presentation
• Handle daily kitchen prep & ensure smooth service
• Follow food safety, hygiene & sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory & minimise food wastage
• Learn, innovate & grow into leadership roles

✅ Requirements
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Continental Chef/Cook
• Experience in a reputed restaurant, café or hotel preferred
• Strong Continental cooking, knife skills & plating knowledge
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts is a plus
• Passionate, self-motivated & eager to grow
