Consultancy’ which was established for DST operations/ outsourcing for various MNCs and also worked with TATA INDICOM for Uttar Pradesh. Shikhar Job Placement has enormous candidates registered and has large number of Data Bank which is increasing day by day. Rajeev Mithal founded Shikhar Job Placement in 1996 with an aim to make stop shop for all professionals. Though he had started it at very small scale but now still it is at nascent stage. He had played a crucial role in evolving this consultancy. Rajeev Mithal is a grandson of Late. Seth Hera Lal Mithal who was renowned personality of Meerut. Grandfather of Mr. Rajeev Mithal was a Farmer who owned more then 12lacs square feet covered area in shape of warehouses. And many other farms and orchids along with family business of Money Lending. Seth Hera Lal Mithal constructed a hospital named ‘HERA LAL HOSPITAL’ with the capacity of around 200 beds. The intention behind the construction was social service more then profit earning. Besides, this he had also purchased some land at the heart of the city which was occupied by the government for the poor people. He was quite surprised that his dreams are coming true to serve the poor people. Seeing his potential after a long time government decided to pay compensation to him. As Late Seth Hera LAL Mithal worked hard a lot, his son Late Maya Prakash Mithal father of Mr. Rajeev Mithal was in keen interest to support his father’s business. That’s why he was the Managing Director of the entire business. But with the change of time and business environment. Rajeev Mithal gave a new turn to his family business and converted into a new stream of:-

• C & F Distribution and dealership of products of many companies (1994).
• Business of real state and colonizer (1997).
