- *Senior Production Engineer (Must be from the Pressure vessels / industry)*
* - *B.E Mechanical/Diploma Engineering.*

Must have experience in fabrication process with Welding procedures with Extensive knowledge of welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, GMAW/MIG).
▪ Proficient in welding technique.
▪ Ability to read & understand fabrication drawings.
▪ Good experience of handling unionized manpower.
Knowledge of NDT (non destructive techniques) is must
Prepare for shift by checking production status with previous shift's Production
Material planning & Job costing proficiency
Should have Knowledge about ferrous / Non ferrous material grades and its specification. Effective
Communication / Negociation skill to deal with material suppliers . Good communication skill to coordinate with
vendors for outsourced jobs. New vendor development , Material supplier development skill.
Engineering drawing reading & understanding capacity. Profiency in
efficient job cost estimation. reparing job schedule & keeping track to ensure timely completion . Should have ERP
software operating knowledge Autocad knowledge will be an added
advantage.
a Experince in --Cost estimation of Rotory Equipments,Pressure vessels. Should be Conversantwith Std codes
like TEMA , ASME sec 11, Sec VllI DIV I, ASTM , Should have fabrication knowledge.
Preparation of material list, material requirement. maintaining sufficiant stock of materials. Generation of
material requisition. Efficiant co ordination with purchse and production departmentto make sure smooth flow
of production.
C Experienced in dealing with customer querries.
