Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Ludhiana/Moga for a Manager Legal and Secretarial. The role involves handling corporate legal matters, preparing legal documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal affairs, and providing legal consulting. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams and external legal advisors to ensure organizational compliance and provide legal guidance on various business operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Law and a strong understanding of legal regulations
Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting
Expertise in Legal Compliance and handling Legal Affairs
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus
Experience in the agricultural or livestock sector is advantageous
