Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Golf course road Gurugram Sec 62

Roles and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about company products or services.

Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate information.

Maintain a positive and professional tone with customers at all times.

Record customer information, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM system.

Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

Good communication skills (Hindi / English or local language).

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Prior experience in telesales or customer service preferred (Freshers can also apply).

Goal-oriented, confident, and persuasive personality.

Salary: ₹16000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives
