Job Title: Program Manager - Livestock Value Chain Businesses

Job Description:
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead our livestock value chain businesses and ensure high-impact convergence with national and state programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and grassroots cadres, documenting project activities, and undertaking field action research and innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing Livestock Value Chain Businesses: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the livestock value chain, ensuring the sustainability and growth of our businesses.
2. Convergence with National and State Programs: Collaborate with government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure convergence with national and state programs, maximizing impact and outreach.
3. Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals and grassroots cadres, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
4. Documentation and Research: Document project activities, undertake field action research, and promote innovations to improve the livestock value chain and our business models.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., agriculture, livestock management, business administration).
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or freshers with a penchant for direct field work.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in local languages (depending on the location).
- Personal Qualities:
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to take calculated risks.
- Strong commitment to social impact and community development.
- Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Rs 30000 to 50000 cash-in-hand salaries, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Intensive Training: 3 months of intensive training on livestock entrepreneurship and business management, with a stipend of Rs 20,000-25,000 per month.

Selection Process:
- CV Shortlisting: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a selection camp.
- Selection Camp: The selection camp will include a Management by Exception Interview Technique (MBEIT) and a Tactical Action Test (TAT) over 2 days at our Lucknow campus.
