Job description
Who are you -

A person with financial background who understands about the markets and personal finance
Analytical skills - technical analysis (basic to intermediate), financial analytical skills
You have a flair and serious interest in writing to make it a career defining skill
You have strong grammatical training (difference between lose and loose!)
Strong conceptual knowledge of finance
Organized, enthusiastic, and open to learning
Someone who is willing to grow with the firm and open to diverse opportunities
You are willing to learn on various aspects of writing - Content writing, research, report writing, proposal writing etc

Investcon Market Intelligence is a boutique research and content writing firm in Lucknow. We are one of the few firms who have an all-round expertise of financial research across markets, expertise on content strategy creation and writing for various publications.

What we are offering -

Remote work
Chance to work on varied projects in finance and research (local and international)
Understanding how content for big firms work - content strategy and design
Add content writing along with financial analysis as your skill sets

We work on a remote basis and follow a 6 day policy.

An interview and 2 rounds of written tests will be conducted to shortlist.

I started freelancing in 2015, few months after my baby was born. It was a new unknown world...honestly I wasn't happy to pursue it as I had left a high paying job. ..however the attraction of flexibility made me explore it and I learnt a lot in my journey during the last 6 years that now I have my own agency.
HOW?
I was willing to put in the hours and effort required and change my mindset where required.....Again it did not happen overnight and I knew there was no easy way out.
I receive messages from a lot of women who wish to work from home...but 2 minutes within the conversation, I know they will not go too far...maybe I am being judgemental but 80-90% of the times, I am right...
WHY?
I do not see the ACCEPTANCE that working from home also requires EFFORT!
I work 100% FROM HOME but I GIVE 150% EFFORT...I know that because even without stepping outside, I have to create a tight schedule and plan things ahead and I still fail.
TRUTH BOMB 1:
There is NO WFH JOB which will give you Rs 10,000 or more by just sitting on your phone and browsing social media ladies!
TRUTH BOMB 2: A freelancer is required to use a skillset- even if doing great sales is yours - USE IT! STOP ASKING FOR LAME DATA ENTRY JOBS!
TRUTH BOMB 3: You have to UPSKILL yourself - learn something useful which you can sell to a company. Just think logically - why will anyone pay you to do nothing?
TRUTH BOMB 4: RESPECT YOUR SKILLSET! - No matter whatever the skill - no matter the pay - it is a skill you can sell. Even home cooks can sell food from home! and mind you it's not a small skill!
