"The Young Professional"....Module 4. - S4 Mechanical Engineering.

They took 6 action plans to execute in S4 and decided to review it on every 3rd Saturday. Their first day in Christ in S1 started with a 2 days training programme of TalenTus and after that we spent 2 days with them in each semester.

I really felt the difference when they told about their action plan to do one more mini project and the reason they mentioned is, apart from learning, it could be included in their CV. Normally students will start to think about thier CV only in S7 or S8. But here they are focussed on their career from Day 1 and every sem they take action plans to improve themselves. The dedicated teachers always help them to do follow up on their action plans.

13th Feb..It is the Anniversary of TalenTus HR Solutions Pvt Ltd . We are stepping to 10th year. Our founder and MD Sruthy Krishna started TalenTus as a recruitment consultancy in 2014. I joined officially in 2016, Vipin in 2017, Roshan in 2018 and Anoop officially in 2022.Then we entered into training field and within 9 years we created a brand name as Corporate Trainers and Business Consultants in Kerala.

My Father Malamel Krishnan Nampoothiri , one of the director of TalenTus is a great motivation to us. We are always blessed with the support of our parents and other family members. Special thanks to Roy Kattakayam uncle and Neelakandhan Kizhuprakat .
