This is a hunting role. No inbound leads handed to you. No warm introductions pre-arranged. You build your own pipeline, own your numbers, and earn well when you deliver.

What you'll be selling:
– Senior recruitment mandates (CXO / VP level) across RECEX and CXOHiring
– HR and management consulting retainers via S7X
– Across non-IT sectors: manufacturing, BFSI, logistics, retail
