Develop and implement the company& legal strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to senior management on all legal matters.

Oversee and manage the legal department, including staff supervision and performance management.



Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure the company& compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits related to mining

Litigation Management:

Contract Management:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, including mining leases, supply contracts, and

Due Diligence and Transactions:

Conduct legal due diligence on potential acquisitions, investments, and other transactions.

Provide legal advice on structuring and closing transactions.

Risk Management:

Identify and assess legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Develop and implement legal procedures and policies to ensure compliance and minimize legal risks.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies,

regulatory bodies, and community representatives.
