Mahindra has partnered with M/s Axxella, West Bengal (W.B) for conducting an Interview of ITI candidates based on their requirement. After the Interview is done, shortlisted candidates will be conducted by Axxella HR Team directly. Please find below the details of the same for your kind perusal.

Currently, Mahindra is looking for 10+2, & ITI candidates from the State of Madhya Pradesh, and around regions to meet our immediate manpower requirement at our Chakan plant in Pune. We require a large number of ITI qualified candidates from various trades like Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Painter, Motor Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Plastic Processing Operator, Turner, Machinist and Tractor Mech... We have no specific (fixed) requirements for any particular trade and are open to hiring across all trades mentioned above.



We plan to conduct a direct interview on 3rd May 2018 for which we require your campus. And The joining will start from 10th may 2018.



The shortlisted candidates will be hired as Temporary Workmen directly by Mahindra for a period of 36 months, which will automatically come to an end after a defined period or within as per business need. The candidates will work under Mahindra only and the Job will be on a role basis.

Guidelines:

Eligibility Criteria

· ITI Pass with 10th / 12th Std. (Candidates with Graduation / Diploma and Female candidates shall not be considered)

· Age: 18 to 26 year at the time of Joining.

· Previous Experience: 0 to 3 Years (Preferably with Automotive / Engineering Industry)

· TRADE REQUIRED:- Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Painter, Motor Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Plastic Processing Operator, Turner, and Machinist, Tractor Mech...

Salary and benefits

· Total Monthly Salary - Rs. 10,000/- Approx.


Selection Process & Timelines

· Interview Date: 3rd May 2018 at Takshila ITI, Jabbalpur (MP).

Time: 9:00 am

· The schedule for Personal Interviews will be informed later, which will be conducted directly by Axxella Team.

· Joining: (after interview selection and medical examination). The company will inform all the candidates by SMS and individual phone calls.
