Job description - What you'll do
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordination with all Agencies/Contractors/Architects.
"Expert in making BAR- Chart of work and achieve deadlines accordingly.
Skilled full in making BOQ/BOM and freezing Specifications.
Check proper bills & Measurements.
Controlled delays in work by LD clause.
Quality Verification of Material and work
Controlling Wastage/Damages/Losses/ Leakages during ongoing construction.
Maintaining MOU/MOM of all meetings.
Can prepare/Draft all sort of Agreements of Vendors/Contractors.
Desired Candidate Profile:
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.

Proven experience especially in Construction industry.
