Indus Edutrain Mega Talent Hunt 2015-16 an all Bengal district wise multi Talent Hunt Event organized by Indus Edutrain, a retail format of IIIM Ltd. All college students along with student in schools could participate in the categories of Rabindra Sangeet, Recitation, Creative Dance, Band, Extempore, and the unique event Bridal make up. In each district more than 300 students participated in this
show of talent. The whole place hummed with action with students giving vigorous performances in all categories. Indus Edutrain, a skill development brand for retail format of IIIM Ltd believes in each student and also in the potential of each student. The aim of the program was to nurture the development of young generation which is very essential in the 21st century. It is one of the organizations in Eastern India to have become an affiliate of The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The Indus Edutrain brand of IIIM ltd is dedicated itself exclusively to vocational skill development. The principal aim is enhancing skills and faster generation of sustained employment with hands on training and preparing well trained professionals in various vocational courses. This event helped student to develop higher level of creativity, observation, concentration, self expression and confidence along with their creative and artistic skills. All the participants were awarded participation certificates as an acknowledgement of their effort and talent. They were also will give a chance to participate in The All Bengal Mega Talent Hunt final show.
