Job Title: Academic Research Associate (FINANCE)
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Work From Office)
Salary: 13,000 - 15,000 per month (Experienced candidates in this field salary is negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth research on Journal, Ledger, Tally, Ratio Analysis, Balance Sheet.
2. Generate new content ideas.
3. Write and edit academic content, including assignments, projects, dissertations, case studies, presentations, reports, database Excel sheets & charts.
4. Ensure all content is plagiarism-free.
5. Adhere to deadlines and manage time efficiently.
6. Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
7. Maintain a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
8. Strictly follow company policies and style guidelines.
Requirements:
1. Excellent written communication skills
2. Strong command of the English language
3. Ability to produce plagiarism-free work
4. Punctual and able to meet deadlines
5. Strong research skills
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
7. Capability to work independently or as part of a team
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Docs
9. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and self-discipline
10. Adherence to company policies and style
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field ( Finance, B.Com,M.Com only).
