Responsibilities
The candidate will be primarily responsible for generating leads and business opportunities from the US region. S/he will be a key contributor to building a global BDR vertical of the Sales function at Gumlet. S/he will be closely working with the Sales Head to identify the best reach-out practices for business development with regard to the Gumlet product suite.

About the Role:
Siply Business proposition is being realigned to build a sustainable Branch model to acquire Customers for Chit Fund, Gold Saving Plan, Gold Jewellery Plan and Gold Loans. The individual would be part of BD team and will be instrumental in acquiring new to Siply customers for the above products at Bangalore Location.

Responsibilities:
To Acquire a new set of customers in the assigned Chit Fund Product
To meet traders/merchants/whole sellers and retail shops and businesses for acquiring and onboarding them for Chits.
To onboard 100 Customers every month in the assigned area for the Chit Fund product
Responsible for Customer retention month on month.
To keep engaging the Customers/Merchants on the Siply Platform to cross-sell other products.

Requirements:
Experience – 2+ years in Retail Sales preferably from Banking, Insurance & FMCG industries.
Excellent communication skills in Kannada & English.
Minimum understanding of financial products and ready to travel extensively.
