Salary- Up to ₹ 30k
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
SAP Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience using SAP ERP (specifically FI/CO modules; S/4HANA experience is a plus)
Excel Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Responsibilities:
SAP Data Entry & Processing: Enter accounts payable/receivable, vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and customer payments into SAP (FI/CO modules).
Account Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and balance sheet accounts analysis within SAP.
General Ledger Maintenance: Prepare and post standard journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
Month-End Closing Support: Assist senior team members with month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate posting cuts-off.
Reporting & Compliance: Generate basic financial reports (Trial Balance, Aging Reports) out of SAP for internal management review and audit support
