Project Role - Application Tech Support Practitioner.
Role Description:
1. Acting as an ongoing interface between client and system or application
2. Dedicated to quality using strong communication skills to keep Accenture or client world class system running.
3. Can accurately define client issue and can interpret or design a resolution based on the deep product knowledge
Management Level : 12
Experience required: 1 to 2.5 years
Work Location: PAN India
Qualification: Graduation
Responsibilities:
L1 service desk.
Provide the resolution to the users via call , chat or email
Identify, investigate or diagnose the issue reported by users
Achieve client and Accenture defined targets.
Experience Required:
Incident management.
Good to have O365, active directory, MS office suit, Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Salary Range: 4 LPA to 6 LPA ( Based on experience)
24/7 shift, 5 days a week, 9.5 hrs shift including 1 hr break.
Flexible to work on weekends and indian holidays.
