The setting up of Innovātus Barefoot was triggered by the increasing demand of trained manpower for the jobs created in various sectors and a lack of availability of quality training and content from early classrooms to competitive exams, and in skills for jobs/careers. Founded by two alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Indore, who both have a rich experience in corporate and academic arenas

Our model is based on addressing the needs of the Industry and rigour of competitive exams at par with pedigreed colleges. It is therefore focused on making students work ready, through our localized hands-on teaching methods to cater to individual long term career needs of trainees. We also work extensively with other key stakeholders – Government (Central and State), Private Companies (funder and employers), Foundations, International Bodies, local communities, Trainees and Parents - creating a vibrant mix of sponsored and self paid programmes with a singular objective of matching a individual’s talent and potential to jobs or self employment opportunities. The Founders have strong credentials as entrepreneurs, with successful ventures in Agri-Business, eCommerce and Social Sector. We are a research based grassroot level implementation company, envisioned to provide training and content support to students from early classrooms to boardrooms, to create a new paradigm in the Indian education and training industry by forgoing traditional academics.
