"I struggled to find a job for over a year, and during that time, I felt stuck and uncertain about my next steps. I had many interests, which made it difficult to decide on a clear career path. That's when I discovered YouthNet's S2S (Skills to Succeed) program. At first, I was hesitant because I wasn't sure if the program could really make a difference. However, I decided to give it a chance, and it quickly became one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Through the program, I realized that my strengths span both creative and strategic work. It gave me the clarity to pursue a career where I can contribute through content creation, strategic planning, administration, marketing & branding. Along the way, I also built confidence, strengthened my communication & teamwork skills, and learned how to present my abilities professionally.

The trainers were incredibly supportive & knowledgeable, and the curriculum was practical, engaging & relevant to real workplace challenges. Their guidance helped me better understand my potential & prepare for the workplace with confidence.

Thanks to this program, I was able to secure a job that aligns with both my interests and strengths. In my current role, I have the opportunity to apply my creativity, contribute to marketing and branding initiatives, support strategic planning, and continue learning and growing every day. It is rewarding to work in a role where I can make meaningful contributions while doing work that I genuinely enjoy.

Looking back, the S2S program gave me more than just the opportunity to find a job. It gave me direction, confidence & the foundation to build a career with purpose. I'm truly grateful to YouthNet for helping me turn a period of uncertainty into a future filled with growth and opportunity."

YouthNet implements Accenture’s ‘Skills to Succeed’ global initiative through Quest Alliance. A training program that focuses on enhancing the employability and entrepreneurial skills of job seekers in Nagaland.

The team also explored our Made in Nagaland Centre in Kohima to see the products and stories of our local entrepreneurs.
