A reputed jewellery company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Gold Casting Department Head to lead gold casting operations and ensure high-quality production.

🔹 KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma/Degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Jewellery Technology, or a relevant field
• 8–12 years of experience in gold casting within jewellery manufacturing
• Strong technical knowledge of casting processes, equipment, and quality control
• Experience in production planning and team management
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage daily and weekly gold casting production schedules
• Maintain casting quality and minimize defects
• Monitor gold usage, yield, and wastage
• Lead, train, and supervise casting technicians and production teams
• Ensure workplace safety and equipment maintenance

A reputed jewellery company in Dubai is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tools & Stones Inventory Manager to manage jewellery tools, consumables, gemstones, and setting materials efficiently.

🔹 KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma/Degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 4–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of jewellery stones and gemstones
• Knowledge of tools used in setting, polishing, laser, filing, and casting
• Proficiency in ERP/inventory management software
• Excellent record-keeping and analytical skills
• Inventory management or jewellery stones/tool handling certification preferred

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain inventory of tools, consumables, stones, and setting materials
• Ensure proper storage and FIFO stock control
• Track stock levels and raise purchase requests
• Inspect tools before issuance and ensure proper working conditions
• Maintain accurate stone inventory based on size, shape, colour, and quality
• Coordinate with Production, Setting, Polishing, and CAD/CAM departments
• Issue tools and stones based on job cards
• Maintain ERP entries and inventory registers
• Reconcile stock and report discrepancies
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports
• Support internal and external audits
